Course Overview: This 2-hour live online course is designed to equip participants with essential knowledge and practical strategies for promoting mental health and wellbeing in school settings. The course will cover the importance of mental health for both students and staff, how to identify signs of mental distress, and the role of early identification and intervention. Other features include interactive activities, case studies, and a Q&A session. The goal is to empower attendees with knowledge and resources to create a  supportive school environment that promotes mental wellbeing.

Content: Introduction to Mental Health, Importance of good mental health to staff and students, Identifying Signs of Emotional Abuse and Early Intervention, Supporting Mental Health and Wellbeing.
