The “Let’s Chat About Your Holiday” form, is a free resource for schools to support students returning from holidays. This form is available in print and as a Google Form, and is designed to be administered solely by the school’s Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
The Purpose of This Resource is to keep children safe by helping Safeguarding Leads in schools understand students’ holiday experiences by providing insights into what they enjoyed and identifying any concerns they might have. This tool creates a safe space for students to share any worries or discomfort they experienced, enabling the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to offer tailored support. By gathering this information, DSLs can address potential issues effectively and ensure that each student feels supported and heard as they return to school.

- When using the Google Form, ensure you do not use a private account. It will prompt you to make a copy—only proceed with a school-linked Google Workspace/G Suite account to keep student data and potential disclosures secure.
